May 2015 : Web Launch
This website aims to archive and share the work of Dr. Don Santiago in the fields of Ophthalmology, Ophthalmic Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery and Craniomaxillofacial Surgery. Some of these documents are published articles and some are lectures. A few are special case studies she has found fascinating. Most of these materials are in text, page images and PDF format. Some, as in the case of her lecture materials, are most often in slides due to the need to present and emphasize points graphically. We aim to share these materials in the same form we receive them from the author.
Most of the materials that will be in our Archives will be available for public viewing. Several however will be classified under “limited access.” This means that to be able to access the said material, the viewer must be a registered and verified subscriber of this site.
All visitors and subscribers of this website are automatically bound by the conditions set in our Copyright, Web Disclaimer and Terms of Service. We intend to strictly enforce these conditions and expect all visitors and subscribers to abide by them.
The Archives can be accessed by clicking the “three dots”(or three lines) also called the “infinity buttons” in the menu bar. This will open a page that will display the latest posts added to the Archives.
The need to classify materials is primarily due to the nature and graphic content of the material. Secondly, we feel that the material must and should be shared with those in the medical community who can benefit from the additional knowledge resource for the good of many.
Visit our Contact Page to signup for full access. Registration is and will always be free. Information required and provided during registration will be treated with utmost confidentiality and will never be shared with any third party.
In the end, we hope that this website becomes a growing, active resource and community of everything Dr. Santiago is passionate about. Her life’s work in the fields of Ophthalmology, Ophthalmic Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery and Craniomaxillofacial Surgery. Archive materials therefore will follow the same classifications and will do sometimes cross reference.
We are in the process of collating the documents Dr. Don Santiago will be sharing through this website. We ask for your patience and thank you for your interest.
